The 24-hour room service listed on the TV menu and online was not available after midnight. I had to order via a delivery app and retrieve the food from the front desk at that late hour. The mini bar in the room was also completely empty.

The king room view was really nice. I could see the canal from my window. the room was bright and felt spacious! there were water bottles refilled daily. the nespresso machine with capsules worked well.
The hallways felt a bit dark. I prefer brighter spaces.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The room offered a canal view and included an extra bed. We found a large TV, daily-refilled water bottles, a Nespresso machine, and an electric kettle in the room. The bathroom provided ample space. The location allowed convenient access to various options to reach the downtown area (trams, metro).
The minibar lacked snacks. It would have been nice to have some simple options available in the room.

The personnel was efficient and helpful. Aprila at the front desk was especially cheerful and attentive. She took her time to ensure I had everything needed for my stay.
