unavailable room service empty mini bar
The breakfast had various options. The staff was attentive.
The 24-hour room service listed on the TV menu and online was not available after midnight. I had to order via a delivery app and retrieve the food from the front desk at that late hour. The mini bar in the room was also completely empty.

The service impressed me with its high attention to detail. I found the spa and gym facilities beautiful. Breakfast offered an excellent variety. The gym included all essential equipment necessary for a good workout, I noted. I particularly appreciated the botanical-themed artwork. I thought it created a refreshing and calm atmosphere in the lobby and corridors.

king room view canal view nespresso machine
The king room view was really nice. I could see the canal from my window. the room was bright and felt spacious! there were water bottles refilled daily. the nespresso machine with capsules worked well.
The hallways felt a bit dark. I prefer brighter spaces.

Excellent Hotel Experience
canal view extra bed nespresso machine electric kettle
The room offered a canal view and included an extra bed. We found a large TV, daily-refilled water bottles, a Nespresso machine, and an electric kettle in the room. The bathroom provided ample space. The location allowed convenient access to various options to reach the downtown area (trams, metro).
The minibar lacked snacks. It would have been nice to have some simple options available in the room.

The personnel was efficient and helpful. Aprila at the front desk was especially cheerful and attentive. She took her time to ensure I had everything needed for my stay.

The hotel design was spacious, offering enough light and big windows. Elevators require your room key to select your floor. The neighborhood is quiet, and dark shades helped ensure a great sleep (I value a good rest!).

Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Fresh and excellent food was served. The Indonesian restaurant on site is recommendable, it was a very tasty experience, and I recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel.
